Anytime I have a tire issue, I go to this Kal tire. Always quick & efficient. Had a tire that fell flat overnight, that wasn't discovered until late afternoon. They took me in at 4pm (called at 345pm) & were done before closing (5pm). Their patch repairs are always quick & very affordable. When it's time to upgrade the tires on my truck, I'll be going to you guys for sure. ππ
I showed up at Kal Tire recently at 4PM with a flat tire, the night before I had to fly out to Vegas. They were closing, but managed to squeeze me in because I was in a rush. To top it off, they came out and said "The manager says this is on the house, there's no charge". So after that, the least I can do is write this business a 5 star review for their service. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this place.
After being a long time customer today will be my last time at Kal Tire. I went in for a simple alignment as the steering wheel was off since the last one (which was done at Kal ) and to have my rear brakes checked. I was quoted $2100 to do the rear brakes which is outrageous. Their policy is they have to replace rotors when doing pads. Imagine all the people they have taken advantage of trying to scare them into needing a full brake system. They don't machine rotors anymore apparently. Mine rotors are only a year old. I'll be moving my fleet maintenance elsewhere.
Waited an hour and a half for 2 tire patches. It was supposed to be 2 but they took one tire off and said it was a millimeter off from what their allowed to patch so they put our donut on that one cause they aren't allowed to put the tire back on. And now we have to do one ourselves lol defeats the purpose of this trip.
Doesn't help that their employees are in the back laughing and moving at a snails pace.
Amazing customer service. Asking for a quote for slow leak repair and the price was reasonable. The front desk girl gave me an appointment in the same day within 2 hours. I came in and the repair took longer than usual. The team member (Rajdeep) came to me after the repair and told me the service free of charge because of the longer wait.
The customer service went above and beyond and I really recommend this place
Pretty clean tire shop, would recommend compared to fountain tire, etc, they fixed a slow leak on my Ford Ranger for free (though perhaps you shouldn't expect the same treatment).
I had never gone here before, but they gained a repeat customer (but hopefully not too soon).
They not only squeezed in an urgent vehicle inspection, they made time that same day for the few repairs needed. The main mechanic (I think his name was Mike) took time to show me other cosmetic concerns, not just mechanical - very detail oriented.
While I managed to get a ride home, an employee was willing to pick me up and bring me back to the shop. But to top it all off, the final cost was significantly LOWER than they quoted. The initial quote was already reasonable, but then they discovered a couple items were not necessary, or didn't help enough to justify charging for it (such as the alignment).
I think the mechanic was Mike, but the other staff I spoke with were all just as friendly and helpful.

I had previously left a review. When I first bought my brand new niche wheels and Nokian ZLine rubber from Kal-Tire. Not too sure what happened, but I'm leaving another one, because this store deserves it. Last weekend there was river rock on Highway 1 outside of Chilliwack and I hit it and punctured one of my brand new tires on the sidewall. The store has absolutely amazing service. I set an appointment and they warranty covered and replaced the tire with a brand new one, because my set of tires and rims are so new. This saved me a lot of money and will absolutely have becoming back to Kal Tire for everything related to this. This is the best store and I always choose this location. When they say they care about their customers they mean it. Thanks again guys!! Because of this incident, and how well they treated me, my landlord said he's going to buy a brand new tires from this store next week for his truck
